Supply, Extract and Twin Extract Units
Colourfan is a range of small ventilation units from VES. Supply, Extract and Twin Extract units have been designed around a single product platform. Colourfan features low energy, high efficiency fans with low SFPs for a wide range of applications and locations. Optional integrated controls and demand ventilation deliver even more energy saving benefits and comfort levels to users, buildings and their occupants.
Colourfan Supply
Colourfan Supply units are the versatile solution for a wide range of applications. Available with pre-wired fitted controls, they feature energy efficient fans and robust case construction. They are suitable for celing voids, plantrooms and roofs and can be configured to top or bottom access. Installation and maintenance is simplified through quick change plug connectors and plug and play controls.
Colourfan Extract
Colourfan Extract units are also a versatile solution for a wide range of applications.
As well as being suitable for celing voids, plantrooms and roofs they are the perfect
compliment to Colourfan Supply units.
Colourfan Twin Extract
Colourfan Twin Extract are suitable for a wide range of applications and locations, Colourfan Twin units are suitable for bathrooms, toilets and changing rooms. Featuring automatic failure changeover and duty sharing, they minimise maintenance requirements and help ensure continuous ventilation.
Key Features and Benefits
- Energy efficient units with low SFPs to help achieve L2 Building Regulations. All units are fully tested to BS 848 (airside performance) and DIN 45635-38 (acoustic performance).
- Plantroom units suitable for Top and Bottom access.External units suitable for Top access only.
- Rigid single skin galvanised sheet steel construction with acoustic and thermal lining fire rated to class 0 (BS 476 parts 6 & 7).
- Circular spigot connections with double gasket seal to enable easy connection to ductwork, avoiding the need for additional accessories.
- Backward curved single inlet fans, providing low energy costs with optimised performance.
- Fan/Motor assembly is internally anti-vibration isolated and fitted with a quick change plug connector for easy maintenance.
- Units are low profile and ideal for ceiling void or roof space.
- Handings can be left or right hand side to suit site and/or installation requirements.
- High quality dual layer memory gasket seal to ensure a continued airtight seal over the lifespan of the product.
- External units are powder coated to Signal Grey to RAL7004 with many other colours available.
- The unit is pre-wired to a fitted external Isolator or Integral Isolator / Controls package to reduce onsite wiring requirements.
- Weatherproof units supplied with self levelling mounting feet. Plantroom units are supplied without feet, but these can be supplied as an optional extra.
