Specialist Site Services

The services include:

Flat pack & site installation of VES products. Our product range is very adaptable to suit site conditions. However, restricted access can pose problems that flat-packing can easily solve. It can also offer significant savings over craneage in some circumstances.

Refurbishment of old vent/AC plant. A cost-effective & often surprisingly energy efficient solution as an alternative to installing new plant.

Retrofitting of items such as cooling coils or higher grade filters.

Post-install checks of both VES control panels & VES equipment. This gives peace of mind to know that when expensive equipment is turned on that it works & there are no expensive mistakes. This also includes measuring the air volume of the equipment & client demos.

Noise Problems Offering practical solutions to noisy ventilation & AC equipment. Longer opening hours mean this has become more of a problem in recent years & we are expert in solving these problems on site.

Maintenance & Spares

We can offer maintenance or spares for any item of VES equipment supplied over the last 40 years.

Other services to assist contractors with a complete package when required include; installation of cabling between control panels & units, refrigeration pipework, ripping-out of old equipment, site craneage, ductwork modifications plus asbestos testing & removal.

A team of project engineers, service engineers, fitters and electricians are based at Manchester to undertake this work.
