The equipment you source from VES has been designed for a long and trouble free life. VES Care provides you with peace of mind whilst ensuring your VES unit is enjoying optimal performance. From initial Post Install Checks and ongoing parts & labour support to regular Maintenance Agreements, VES will be there with you. Our VES Care solutions include some great FREE benefits, whilst saving you money over the lifetime of your unit.

Spares
We offer a complete range of spares for both VES units and other manufacturers' units as well. VES can also automatically send you regular reminders detailing the consumable spares for the equipment together with the prices. With this service you get a regular user discount and fixed price carriage charges. This service is FREE for equipment covered under an Extended Warranty.

Post Install Check of the AHU’S on Site
A post-installation check is a valuable safeguard to ensure that the equipment and controls have been installed as they should and that no expensive damage will occur when the system is run up. It can also be a very useful training tool and our engineer will be happy to demonstrate the operation of the system to site staff and/or the end-user.

Maintenance
An easy way of making the energy savings and extending the life of expensive equipment is through regular maintenance. VES offer this maintenance across both our own and other manufacturer’s units. Essential maintenance with critical plant in kitchens, hospital or process work can be carried out to specific schedules, designed to minimise disruption and eliminate downtime. On all new VES equipment we offer a FREE Extended Warranty when a Maintenance Agreement is taken out. This Extended Warranty is for the period of the maintenance contract, up to a maximum of 5 years. For duct cleaning a free survey prior to quoting can be carried out, or a budget can be given and then a firm price offered.

Warranties
A VES Warranty is FREE for the first year, providing free cover for parts and labour. This can also be extended for a further two years. Extended Warranties are available on most products supplied by VES for just a small investment. If you take out a Maintenance Agreement you will receive a FREE Extended Warranty for the maintenance contract period, up to a maximum of 5 years.
